IMAP help---DESCRIPTION PLEASE?

can someone please explain to me what an imap layout is?? not how to do it just what it is. if you wanna say how to do it go ahead and pm me but I am just wondering what it is . I can prob figure out coding if i know.

is it like where you have an image as the layout and then in the area where links would be you have part of the image as words that you want the links to be and you code the bozx around it to be the link and then just have scrolling boxes for elsewhere? just wondering so i can make them!

An IMAP layout is an image that has text on it that is made into links. The link then direct you to web pages that are integrated into the layout or they can redirect to you the site that ws linked to the layout. My main ranch layout is an IMAP if you would like a visual description.
