How do you become an Op/Admin? That question has nagged me for so long! Of course, I am too long to even consider becoming one, but i was just curious....

Used to be there was an application you would turn in a couple years ago that they would go through if they needed another one.

I think now-a-days they have a meeting or something... now sure o.O;

When we need more, we go on a head hunt. We'll then contact whoever we all feel will make a good op
