I am a novice, but have just recently renewed my sponsor so I can get it back. I renewed it last Saturday, at about 10:00AM. Sunday went by, and Monday comes and it is still not renewed. I payed through Paypal and received a receipt, so does that mean it went through? I really don't want to sound ungrateful (I really love this site), but it says 1-24 hours on the renew page. So I just want to know, how long did it take for some of the other sponsors to get their accounts?

Nef doesn't do upgrades or anything like that on the weekends, so give her another few days; if it's not done a week after the payment has gone through make a ticket at OrbisWorlds

Actually, upgrades/renewals can take 1-3 business days to come through. If after the third business day it still isn't in, then send a support ticket into www.orbisworlds.com
