Breeding Skill?

I just got my account .. (about 5 hours ago) and Ive been working on my skills the last 3 or so hours.
All is well, except I cant do anything on the breeding skill. Its at 100% and has been locked.

Ive tried unlocking it, then locking it again to do something. But nothing shows.
I just didnt want to reset it. :)

I want to rush fertility is all.
Please help?

need to raise up your vet skill, I forget to 80 maybe? You need both breeding and most of vet to rush a mare :)
