Why can't I get any help with my account being upgraded?

I was wondering if it is just my rotten luck or if anyone else is having issues with getting their account upgraded. I paid for an account upgrade with paypal on Feb. 18 and it is now March 10 and it still has not been upgraded. I have sent support messages several times through OrbisWorlds and I have had not results other than my situation being upgraded to escalated. It has been almost a month now and I am contemplating doing a refund through paypal, since that option will expire soon. Pleas let me know if anyone else is having this problem. I have been a player for years now and I have never had this problem before.

When a ticket is escalated, it's because it's something the game owner has to handle. Unfortunately, sometimes she gets so many, she looses track of which ones have been answered. If you would, respond on your ticket and bring it back to the front of the line.
