Opening new links?

Wow...still not used to everything with the new forums....including opening links. On the old set, when you clicked a link, it opened a new window. This one, it opens it in the window you are in. Is there a setting we can set to change that? I looked but didn't see it. I keep forgetting and once I am done looking at the link, I close the window...which means I just closed the window I was viewing the forum in.

*facepalm* I never remember to right click and open in new window and it's frustrating. Any suggestions other than the aforementioned method of right clicking? *goes back to stalking the forums*
