OFFLINE POINTS?

Ok i recently bought a sponsor account and every thing was going good.. all of my offline points were helping me get my skills up. Well the other day when i logged on i went to go increase my precentage in western training. It wouldn't let me up my skill.. I have asked around and i am not the only one who cant use them.. How come i can't use these points OR what can i do with them to help improve my ranch? Please answer me on here or msg bb_double on VHR.. Please help

On your skills page, are you already using 500 skill points?
