Question about endurance

How do you get the endurance back to normal after you use the diet 10/5/10/5 for it. It seems to have gotten stuck at that particular diet and won't change to anything else :?

It just doesn't reload properly. Click on the horse name, and you'll see the real diet.

Hm... I've tried that but it isn't wanting to switch... every time I go to the next day after doing that, it switches right back to 10/5/10/5. Also now that he's capped in endurance, every time I train him his energy goes up instead of down.
