Edit - Gaited also uses the English Training/Riding skills

I raise them to about 80% with training and then I stay logged out and use the offline points to finish.

Ahh you need to take a turn

then continue. You might get some crappy horses to level your skills with instead of anything nice that you have.

What the skill to raise first if my ranch is a eventing ranch?

Skills are different from bonuses. A basis set of training skills could be, Horsemanship, english training, sport training, vet, management, farrier.

I usually make a ton of shoe deeds with farrier then swap that skill out with others if I need them, such as the breeding skill, whatever I need for what I'm doing.
