Anyone Else Having Trouble?

I bought a sponsor upgrade (Thru paypal) on the 20th for one of my accounts and it never renewed my account. So on the 24th I put in a support ticket and still no luck, it was moved to escalated by an Admin almost two days ago. Normally I do not have this bad of luck with payments or the game, so I'm just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with something like this. How long CAN it take since I'm stuck twiddling my thumbs, on a down graded account...I cannot train, breed, heck I can't even roll over a day =/

Hmm add another comment to your ticket to bump it up. I just upgraded mine on Tues the 25th and it went through the next day. I try to do them early in the week to avoid them getting lost over the weekend. So far that's been working.

With the holidays, Nef's running a bit behind schedule, like a lot of us are. If you would bump the ticket, but it might be better to bump now and if nothing happens by Monday, bump again. If I see or talk to her in the mean time, I'll direct her that way

I've waited 10 days for an upgrade before (it was on vp). I've learnt to be patient now but it isnt easy!

I've been with the game a very long time, I still love it and really have no ill thoughts, just bored since I can just only look at the pretty game.
