How Long Does it Take Nef to Fix Something?

This isn't an angry or sarcastic question, but how long does it take Nef to respond to a personal issue?

I went from 28 to 7 experience levels, so I sent the ticket in, appearantly the glitch got fixed, and I was told Nef would fix it.

Well, it's been almost 2 weeks, and I was wondering, how long does it take Nef to fix things on personal accounts?

I really want to train again, and I don't want to get all the extra points back for nothing~

It varies greatly depending on what else is going on and what has her attention. I'd just keep bumping your ticket.

Try dropping from 47 to 16... I'm now level 32... Basically just train and breed...

I know what I have to do, but yeah, I have too much work to practically start over.

I'm level 9... because I bred someone's horse and evented for a trainoff. :/
