Op's Help Please...

I've been trying to get hold of Nef for about three weeks now to change the breed of my Kelpies from Sport to Warmblood. They've already got the appropriate kind of stats (high strength/intel and low speed), it's just the breed type that needs changed. I've sent her a couple of emails, and put a ticket in on Orbis Worlds (Ticket #3826). Being in the UK, the timezones don't work that well for me trying to catch her online. If someone could pass the message on to her, I'd be eternally grateful.
