Level 10+ Bonuses.

I'm kind of confused about the level 10 and over Bonuses. If you have the base and second bonuses from two sets (like Better Breeder and Tenacious Trainer), do the level 10 and up skills give you bonuses for both? For example, if I had the base and a second skill for Breeder and Trainer and I chose Grace And Glory as a bonus, would I get .05% surefoot and movement on foals and the .25% higher cap in both? Or just one or the other?
