Optimum Ages etc

I am looking for the optimum ages and best suited type of horses (eg bonus:stock and small bonus:pony etc) for the following events:

Gymkhana egg
Gymkhana potato
Jousting (guessing sport and ____?)
Polo (Just need optimum age)
Western Penning (stock and maybe pony?)
3 day eventing (sport and warmblood?)

If anyone could let me know that would be great

Gymkhana (both Egg and Potato) - Any breed, all ages. I mean any. I have a multi-million winning moose in it!
Jousting - Drafts get major bonus. Opt age is about 10-12ish
Polo - Any breed (sport tends to be the most popular though ), any age.
Western Penning - I think Stock, then Pony. People tend it enter Penning after finishing Barrels or Reining, so I'm guessing the opt age to be 13-15ish.
3 day eventing - Yup, Sport and Warmblood with the opt age about 10-12ish (can event from 8-17+ though xD)
