Faster way to raise speed?

Postby nocturne » Mon Jul 21, 2008 7:39 pm

I have some retired dressage mares that I'd like to breed. Their speed was not touched during dressage training, and I can't get it to raise by more than .2-ish when training. At this rate, they'll be too old to breed before it maxes. Am I forgetting something or is this the best they'll do?

speed should do it even without switching back to halter as long as you have sport skills

I have sport skills, but it's not rising much at all... I'll try switching back to halter and seeing if that helps...

Maybe try reducing the diet? I'm not sure. It may work, because it gives them more of a workout and a challenge to raise it? :?
