I just noticed one of my stallions needed turned at -1. I looked at him from another ranch and he clearly stated, No Studding Available, so I had to turn him. They usually go to -3.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I think it happened with the last updates. There should be something about it on the Bugs thread in Game Suggestions.

I thought it was they can go to -1 publicly, and you can use the other two for yourself? That's what I've been doing..

before the updates it could got to -3 publicly as well.
