Foundies

I'm thinking about buying a pair of foundation horses, so I'm looking for a bit of advice from people who have/had them.

What's different about a foundie than from a normal horse you'd buy at market? And what is the best way to manage them once you have them?

Foundies are horses with no parents, and generally crap stats, and are the start of pure lines. Most people max and roll them, although a few people do event them. When rolling I find it's best just to focus on strength and intelligence, as when you breed them, speed and endurance normally come out at bc without being rolled.

I did not know about speed and endurance progressing themselves... that is very helpful stuff!
