Minclips are picture you add stuff to and use it as a horse picture write?

Manip [Short for Maniupulation] Is where you take a picture, that is not stolen/copyrighted, meaning you get it from a stock site, and you alter/change parts of the picture. Ultimately, you are manipulating it to how you want it. Then you put it on your horse if you want, or try and sell it etc.
