Frozen semen

OK so with the freeze semen function I have a few questions . . .

1) If you freeze a stallion and then turn him to age 33yrs then can you breed mares with the semen and get the benefit of the better stats the stallion now has (assuming you rolled him) even though he's now of retirement age?

2) If you freeze a stallion and then sell him you keep the frozen semen and can still breed mares - correct? And the new owner can't freeze as much from him now correct?

Yes, and yes. It also means if you buy a stallion, you don't know how much semen you'll be able to take, until you try it.
