How do you train horses?

I got a Stallion named Spades and he's trained to 10 + 0 . He's training in western and not really sure want to do. It saids in Basic Disciplines learned 105 of 105 possible. Is he done with his training Or want do I need to do? Or would I be better off selling him? Any help would be great
