I know that the rule is 4 hourses per person per event, but i just want to check about if someone else is eventing a horse for you, down it count as your horse, or their horse?
So if i have 4 horses in an event and someone who was eventing for me entered a horse in the same event, would i be penelised?

Yes, you would be penalized. You have leased the horse, but it is still yours. If we allowed leased horses to not count, everyone would lease their horses out and still fill events with their own horses. The only exception the the rule about leases is for forum posted trainoffs and eventoffs. Of course, polo you can enter as many horses as you need to fill your team.
