MY New Sponsor- Bugs??

MY New Sponsor- Bugs??

My new sponsor just got upgraded today. I know this because I can have infinite turns and I have wild horses to catch.

Thing is, I am level 35, and yet it will only let me pick 5 bonuses. And when I go to look at my offline points, it says "N/A (Sponsor only)".

Help? :| I had plans for it immediately and without being able to get more skills or offline points, it kind of weird.

go to management page and check if your account type says sponsor or novice
sponsor (Main) ranch is 490009

It says "Premier Account"... :?

So I have wild horses to catch, infinite turns, unlimited horses available for stabling, and I can gain skills.

But I can only have 5 bonuses, and can't gain offline points?!

try going to upgrade account and see what it says for you ranch:
*example*
it should say something like:
your ranch is a _________(novice,sponsor,..........premier i guess)
and it should tell you what your ranch is availabe for and it should also say why your ranch is premier
sponsor (Main) ranch is 490009

It says to "become a sponsor"... But I went to one of my novice accounts and went to the upgrade page and you don't even get the option to get a premier account...

No, not yet. And I know xD Its horrible. I logged in today all excited to get down to work once I saw it was upgraded lol

Uhm, stupid question: how do I send in a ticket? :lol:

Okies . . . someone definately clicked the wrong button when upgrading that account :o.O:

It should say Sponsor account, not Premier . . .

Send a support ticket into www.orbisworlds.com. Ideally make sure the account is linked to your OW account. Click Get Help! to make the ticket. Provide those screenshots too please :)

And just so you know, to check the status of tickets you've made, click Support Messages ;)

I put the ticket in already without sending the screenshots. I included the ranch number though... Nevermind, I got it.

But how do I link my account to OrbisWorlds? I've never had a problem so I didn't have to deal with it lol

In game, click on Management. Under View and see your bonuses link, it says Link Account to Orbis Worlds! Follow the prompts :)
