Need Help Badly!

Help! My other Novice account was suspended, and it doesn't say why... I think for spamming. I can't figure out how to contact Admin. and ask them how long my account will be suspended. I e-mailed Shannon Cusick, but she didn't respond. All I want to do is ASK them what I did that was so bad. If anyone knows how, or is part of the Staff, please help me. My best horses are on that ranch, and I don't want them to just stay there, untouched, forever. Thanks!
Please PM me if I am outbid or win something, as I'm quite forgetful. Also, I'm always looking for pure Warmbloods, TBs, and AQH, especially 1st gens and bloodlined money winners. Thanks, and have a good day!
