Has anyone heard from Nef? She's not replying to any of my e-mails. I know she's busy, but it SHOULD NOT take 3 weeks to reply to an e-mail.

E-mail is not the most efficient way to get her attention. Orbis worlds or by phone are the best ways. Many of her e-mails get sent automatically to spam (mine always does :P ) Or, they get overlooked because of the amount of spam that doesn't get sent to her spam box.

If I need to contact her, I always call her. Easiest way to do so is use a cell phone.
