Need help with sign up - Sort of solved

Postby Emaleth » Sun Mar 01, 2009 12:30 am

I just tried to sign up for the first time in a long time.

All is fine with the sign in process until I actually try to log in. It says that theres a inncorrect pass or user name when I signed up it accepted it. And then when I tried to do a lost pass search it said that there is no information with that user name.

Also I was not sent the activation code.

It is very frustrating as I want to leave VP and start a fresh here, but it is not looking good :sob:

If you're pretty sure on the username, try this password retrieval:

http://www.orbisworlds.com/forgotpass.php

The password will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

Also the activation code has been disabled ;) So as long as you can log in, you can play :D

Thanks for responding.

I have tried that and it says "User: not found in ." I tried with my VP and it works for that, I have actually logged in with my VP details and reported the prob there, just waiting on a response. I also tried to start a account with my VP details and the same thing is happening.

I have tried another new lot of details and the same thing is happening...I have cookies enabled, compt time is normal, but it is just not recording on VHR database, from my side of things anyway...I would love to play VHR but if I cannot log on I will have to leave both VHR(before I have even begun) and VP (currently have a sponosor there) for good. I was going to buy a sponsor with VHR too :thud:

Nope, just letters and numbers, and my comp saves all my login details from the sign up, so what was accepted in the sign up was used to try and log in, so it is a real tricky one.

Thanks for your response :D

Thanks for your help, but I just remembered I did have a account with VHR like 5 years ago, and after playing around with user and pass's I found my old account  , maybe that was why I was not able to sign up? Anyway thanks everyone, I will be seeing you all around alot :D

If you chose a name that is already in use, it may have also not created the account.

Thats the thing, I had no actual problem with the sign up page part...It accepted my name and told me that I can now log onto VHR, so when i tried that is where all the problems are happening.

Make a new account. Sometimes that happens and you can never get in.
