I dunno but it seems odd. :/
I think im going to have to experiment and try and get two pairs rolled the same and breed on two different accounts one with and one without the bonuses and see what happens. I do seem to be struggling to get past the stats they've had for three/four generations now.
Maybe you've reached the cap?

I hope not, its a pretty low bc for a new breed if it is at the cap.
Can I see?
Maybe it isnt a low bc and its just me
http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=1785597The fair hasnt changed since the first gen though which is what I thought was strange.
On most of my breeds, I tend to find that first/second gens are born with bc speed and endurance.
My first gen Each Uisge were born with stats around S/Am/Ex/S or F/Ex/Ex/S. My third gens are still being born F/Am/Ex/S (with a few getting pheno intel, but I think that's the breeder bonus).

My first gen Kelpies were born Am/Ex/G/F to Ex/F/G/F. The second gens are Ph/Am/G/F or Am/Am/G/F.
My first gen Witchy Warmbloods are Ex/Ex/EG/S (

I'm afraid you might be stuck with it.

All you can really do, is make them the focus of your rolling and ignore strength and intel for a generation or two.
