When you freeze and collect the semen/sperm does it have the stats of the horse at the time when it's collected, or the stats at the time you use it on a mare. I ish totaly confused. x|

Its like when you breed a mare and then roll the stallion to 33

The stats at the time when the foal is born matter, not when the semen is collected
