How to event in endurance?

Ok, so I've got this boy trained-any tips for tweaking/optimum age/tips for when I actually event him? I'm stuck..

You need to cap his endurance. I like speed to be at least 202 before they start showing.

I'd train speed/endy while entering him into events. Op age is 11. Once you reach that, put him in the pasture and let the events run. He needs to be very hyper and don't foget to set his dis. at 199/200

I usually start eventing around age 8 or 8.5. Speed is more important than strength-- usually 202 by 8 years of age. Endy seems to be pretty random, too, so keep that in mind.

You're welcome- and I usually start eventing them at 8ish too, but this boy was older than that, so....
