Can anyone tell me how I can cure this? I vaccinated the horse but it still shows she's infected. :(

if you exaust the horse it cures it :)

yah a horse can only have 1 ilness so if you exaust it then that crosses out west nile and exaustion can be cured easily :)

Yeah however it doesn work for horses that have more training. So, I would suggest buying a few cures anyway, that way your horse doesnt still have a sickness which slows down training anyways.

Just change the diet to something super low and then it will work.

Well the point is if you are training the horse its just better to get a cure.
