Training, skills and numbers

It isn't like I haven't trained before but,,,,,
I have 100% in horsemanship and 100% in sport training. In gaited, under halter, when training movement is at .5 and surefoot is at .02+
Is this right?? I thought that under gaited surefoot was a much higher number?
Also, has this horse got any chance of getting to bc stats before dying of old age

That just happened to me this morning, 100% Horsemanship/English/Western/Sport training skill and in halter using gaited my horse got .54 movement and .01 sf. I had to polo him from 200 to 225

Going to report this as bug as it seems to me that it should be .38+

Is the horses discipline halter?
