What does birth cap mean and can someone explain to me what I should look for when it says BC

Birth cap is the highest stats a horse can be born with on a novice ranch. Sponsor ranches with breeding skills can cause horses to be born over BC.

For example, The German Warmblood BC is Am/Phen/Ex/Ex ( Str/Intel/Speed/Endy )

Some bred bcs were not updated and have been changed, the best way to check a BC is to ask an OP or long time player or check through the lines of horses of the breed that were well rolled and recently bred out
