Appraising Horses?

I was just reading through the skills' information and for Horsemanship it says, "They can also appraise horses"

Is this an actual game feature (I looked on my horse's page and didn't see anything for it)?

I'm just being curious haha

It's the confy trial, however, it doesn't give worth, just allows you to see how close to the breed standard they are. The best eventing horses generally are far off from conformation standards.
