"No more than 4 horses" rule question

Hi - I am sending out a bunch of my event trained prospects to some newer players to have fun with - but they are all essentially either on the speed western events or the reining western events. With all of my eventers plus the ones I am sending out, I am worried that there will be more than 4 horses that I technically own in events. The leasers get to keep all of the winnings from the horses that I send them and they are the ones in charge of which events they enter - should I be concerned about ending up in trouble if these leased horses push me over the 4 allowed entries? I'm less worried about the higher levels but at the local level I'm concerned that this will happen.

Yes, that might give you a problem if more than 4 of your horses end up in the same event. We can't allow an exception for more than four based on the owner saying they aren't keeping the winnings. If we did, everyone would claim that as a reason there are more than 4 in an event, even though that may not be the case at all.
