Only 3 wild horses to catch?

My upgrade just went through and i only had 3 wild horses to catch. Im not sure if this is a bug or not. I got a 6 month upgrade but i thought you get 6 wild horses to catch.

Year sponsors get 6 wild horses, 6 month get 3 wild horses
