VHR Auction Horses...???

Ok, I was looking at the Vhr Aution houses horses and found a amazing horse. I clicked on the link that had where he was being auctioned. It was closed. What happens to all the horses in that auction? I know the owners are supposed to reclaim them, but what if they are gone for good? What about the horse? I don't think people should close their auction houses if there are horses in it. Because, what happens to the horses then? Maybe someone should appraise those horses who have been unclaimed for over a month and sell them.

Horses in closed auction houses are just like horses on accounts that haven't been logged into, they sit there and wait for the owner to come back. If the owner never comes back, the horses will continue to sit there. They are pieces of data, it does not hurt them to sit for years at a time. If it doesn't belong to you, it shouldn't matter to you, unless you just want a chance to own someone else's stuff without their consent.
