i dont know if this is even on this game or not but i was wondering if you can have someone train your horses to a certain level or whatever.
and if you can...how?

You can have others train your horses. You can lease horses to other players

Management tab > Contracts

Make sure the horse in question is in the Stable. Then you need the player name or number to send the contract. I suggest number as it's typically more reliable.
