personalized horse breed

I am curious as to one goes about getting Nef/Shannon to include the specifics of a particular breed

e.g. height, stats, and a little bit of 'bio'

I have tried e-mailing her --- almost a month ago - and yet never got a response

Nef rarely responds to e-mails. If it's a breed you've already ordered, you'll need to put a ticket in through OW including the transaction ID or last name on credit card. If it's a breed you haven't ordered, she's probably waiting to see the order to put it in game.

I don't seem to be capable of posting messages in orbis world hence why I have posted here my question

According to Nef, the messages are going through, she's just the only one who can see them. She's working on it though.
