when i click on a horse's owner and it comes up blank:

does that mean it's private or suspended?


I NEED TO USE HER HORSE!
and if they are banned what happens to their horses? does it become a graveyard of VHR pixels?

It says "This ranch is under suspension "for me.Is it totally blank for you?
I believe you can still use her/his studs but only through the marketplace.
