1) Depends on what you mean by "good" - many people have different opinions on what a good layout is. However, for prices, I've seen anywhere from 5mill for a simple scroll to prices like 50mill for a very complex iFrame/expanding layout. Banners typically go for much less. Again, a simple banner might go for 100k, while a photomanip banner can go for 10mill or more.
2) When I sell iFrames, I sell the base and the pages. They are very generally set up, with the header/subheader codes and the codes for bold, italic, underline, and links on it. Then for the info I'll put some loreum ipsum or something and then I'll send it to whoever is buying it, so they can put in their own text. To transfer the money and code, I'll wait till the person send me a contract, then I'll put it in the notes of the contracted horse and send it back. Occasionally, I'll also send it to them via PM on the forums with the [code][/code] tags.
