Ticket not being answered

Hey Im just wondering whats up Ive had my ticket in for a fair few days 24 to be exact and the issue is still there. I do bump the ticket every few days but yeah Just want to get it fixed so the horses color can be passed on

Have you contacted an Op about this ticket? Sometimes they don't see them to escalate them to Nef

Get a hold of one of us, just because it's escalated, it still might get lost and if we have the info, can ask Nef about it.
