Breeding Bonus Question?

I have a quick question about Breeding Bonuses...

Let's say you have two accounts, 1 for studs and 1 for mares. Each has bonuses according to which is which. If you use frozen semen from the stud ranch, will the foal still get the bonuses from the stud ranch? Even if the mare is not on that account, and your are simply transferring the frozen straw to the mare account?

How, when or where a mare and stud is at when the mare is bred is irrelevant. When the foal is born, its stats are decided on where the mare and stud are at that exact moment.
