*is pulling her hair out because of Rixty*

Okay, I did everything that I was supposed to do. I put in the pins that I got when I purchased 30 dollars worth of rixty stuff at the store today, put it through Rixty, then I went and purchased the coins through OrbisWorlds and selecting my payment type as Rixty. My OrbisWorlds account is linked to the account I wish to upgrade for a 6 month sponsor. Granted, I just made this account, as I am going to be using it for eventing. Maybe, that could be the problem. Although, I can NOT find ANYWHERE on the OrbisWorlds site on how to upgrade your account. It's driving me mad, I find the /how to change a horses' color/ but not the upgrade. Does anyone know where it is located, before I lose all my hair and look funny at work tomorrow? Oh yes, and before I leave this and someone questions it. IT does say I have 30 tokens available.

For VHR2, click the OrbisWlds button on your main ranch page. Then from there, enter the Orbis Worlds login name and password you use here


I have linked my accounts to it already. But, neither my already sponsor account, or my novice account are showing up on it. I'm confused, and a tad frustrated. I appreciate any further input. And I do realize, I could simply just be blind as well. @_@

Try re-linking the accounts. You appear to be on the right page. The upgrade options come directly below the custom color option. If it still doesn't link to the Orbis account then you may have to put in a ticket.
