Rush Fertility

I feel really dumb asking this question, but how do you rush fertility? I've never been able to figure it out. :oops: All help is greatly appreciated!

You must have both breeding and vet skills and you rush through the breeding skill. Open it like for vet and the option appears near the bottom.
