One of my good horses has just gotten West Nile- I've been giving him medicine, and vaccinated him etc.- but he just won't heal.

My vet skills have dropped... maybe that's the problem?

Either cure him, or set his hot oats at 20 to give him colic, then put diet back at normal and just turn him to rest him and it'll be all cured.
