Club banner help!

I just made a club and I want to know where it is I put the image I want to show up for my club banner. I see on most horse pages that have clubs they have an image that pops up with them. How do I get that image there?

Where there is a box to type in the club name, put <img="banner link here"> and it will show up. At least, that's what I think it is :)
