I forgot my username?

I haven't had internet in ages, and I've made a new account but I just came across the old ranch page and I'm focused on it.
I've sent Orbis a ticket trying to get it but no one has replied.

And then I think I figured out the username and the password I thought I used didn't match.
I tried sending the password to my email and it doesn't work.
Is there anyway to get the username and password???

I think your best bet if you haven't gotten a reply on OW is to talk to an Op and give them the ticket number to look at.
