Probably not.

There's no real need for it. VHR hasn't suffered from intolerable lag for a long time.

What is sponsor time?

Sponsor time was a period during the American summer holidays, where only sponsors could play. Back then, during the summer holiday, the server lagged BIG time, so there was two couple hour periods every day set aside where only sponsors could access their sponsor accounts. All novices couldn't play during that time.

There's no real need to sponsor time any more, cause the server has been improved and doesn't suffer from intolerable lag even during summer any more.
