How does MM(Middleman) thingy work?

I'm thinking of selling some goodie dyes cos I know many are not able to do that themselves.
People recommend using Middleman there. I've just seen people using the term on posts but I have no idea how it works.
Like with goodie dyes, sponsor upgrades and so on.
I'd would appreciate it lots if someone could lighten me up

A middleman basically holds the game cash until the dye, upgrade, personal breed or login information comes through.

The person buying the dye from you will send the game cash to the middleman. You will send a negative contract to the MM. Once the dye comes through, your contract is accepted so you get paid.

Doing it this way ensures the person buying using game cash will either get what they purchased or their money back and the person spending real money is guaranteed that the money is there to be paid once the item comes in.

Ok, got that part, but how can you dye someone elses horse with goodie dye then? Ive done it only to my own horses so I havent found any issues. but as far as Ive noticed, you cant dye horses that are leased/sent to someone with contract. sorry for all these stupid questions :blush:

You can when you use the goodie dye. You just can't dye horses game colors. They just contract the horse to you and when you go to purchase the dye, that horse will be one available. Or if you use OW tokens, you just need the horse's number.

Or if you use PayPal you just send it as a regular PP payment, including the horse number and color in the message/info field.
