Horses & Events Question

I was pondering this last night.
Say you already have 4 horses of yours entered in an event, and you go and buy another horse that's event trained and is also entered in that event from the previous owner/s entering them. Would you have to take one of the horses out of that event because then you'd have 5 in one event, or would it be okay since the horse was already entered when you bought it?

I'ld suggest removing one horse from the event, so you are only running 4. That way you cannot be charged with cheating
