What is the process of selling a sponcer account, like what you need to do and so on?

It's suggested that you use a middleman for selling accounts. You would contact an Op, tell them what the deal is, how much, when the account expires and any other pertinent facts. When everything is agreed to, the buyer will send the Op a contract for the money. Then the Op gets the login information from the seller and when everything's confirmed, will give the buyer the login and the seller their money.

Thanks so much!
Also, If you were auctioning it in the forums (selling there) would you contact the Op that would be the middleman before or after the auction is done, or even started?

You can do any of the three, though asking before the auction even starts might be a bit premature. I think it's easier though to have the MM aware and ready before the auction ends. Makes it easier on everyone instead of having to wait until a MM can be found.

Just one last question  ... You are able to sell your only sponcer account and then just use one of your other ranches, right? Sorry, I am new to this. I might be getting a other sponcer sometime soon and this other account would be my only account until I would be able to get another sponcer upgrade.

As a novice, you are allowed three accounts. So once the sponsor is sold, you may use one of your novices to play from.

Just thought of this, do you need to take your email off or anything like that?

If you are going through a MM, it probably isn't necessary. If there's a problem with the password, we'll need some way of getting the correct password, so leaving the e-mail on until a game op has access is a good thing.
